Erica Perry, Founder and Organizing Coach with Slight Adjustments, will be facilitating a virtual Poetry Circle for the PEI Writers Guild on April 27th, 2022, from 7:00-8:30pm. When she’s not working with clients helping them identify and letting go of clutter that is holding them back in life, she’s often working towards her first book publication, “Dear Lennon” – a living memoir threaded by a collection of poems, photography, and short stories.
“Organizing is my calling to help others, and writing is my passion to support and refuel myself. Poetry (both reading and writing) has brought many transformative opportunities and experiences into my life, and at its core, it helps me process, heal, celebrate, remember, and grow forward. Writing helps me express my thoughts and find clarity on what matters most.” – Erica Perry
In honour of Poetry Month, this circle will provide you with an opportunity to share a poem you have written with the group (or two, depending on time limitations). An opportunity to express your voice, and in return to obtain feedback and encouragement from the reflection of other likeminded writers. Poetry-writing best-practices will also be shared and discussed.
We hope to see you there!
This event will take place on Wednesday, April 27th from 7:00pm to 8:30pm via Zoom.
